Letters to the Lake: Reflections and Action at Yardstick Books

The Friends of Crescent Beach committee is partnering with Yardstick to observe Great Lakes Awareness Day (May 6) through letter writing. Join us for a fun and enlightening letter-writing gathering that blends reflection with action. Whether you’re inspired to write a heartfelt note of gratitude, share a personal memory, or urge decision-makers to protect our waters, your voice matters. Together, we’ll honor the beauty and significance of the Great Lakes while calling for their continued protection. All supplies and sample letters provided. We will provide a list of resources for those interested in getting better informed about Great Lakes issues.
