Salmon’s Meat Products dates back to the early 1900’s with the Kohlbeck and Salmon families.
In 1960 the Salmon family opened “Salmon’s Meat Market” in Luxemburg, specializing in smoked and fresh sausage for the wholesale and retail sales.
In March of 2020 the Ebert family (seventh generation farmers from Algoma, WI ) purchased Salmon’s Meat Products.
The Ebert family is honored and humbled to carry on the smoked traditions set by the third generation meat processors, for years to come. -
