The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources’ Besadny Anadromous Fisheries Facility (BAFF) is an egg collection station near the city of Kewaunee. Trout and salmon migrating from Lake Michigan are led by flowing water past two underwater viewing windows in a fish ladder that leads them to six collection ponds. Fish are moved from the ponds into the processing

Carnival Deer Processing skins, hangs, cuts, processes, vacuum seals, and freezes your deer. Rest assured that you will get YOUR venison back. We are a participating processor in the Wisconsin DNR’s deer donation program. Drop off your harvested deer, and we will produce ground venison for the area food pantries.

Bruemmer Park and Zoo
