  • Homestead Kitchen and Tap has been part of our family vision; allowing the opportunity to share our farm to your table.

    The windmill in our logo carries multiple forms of significance to our family.

    The blades of the windmill signify our family of businesses coming together to provide quality products to you, our neighbors.

    Our story starts a few miles down the road at our family dairy and beef farm, Ebert Enterprises.
    It then continues west into Luxemburg, carrying on the smoked meat tradition of Salmon’s Meat Products.

    The circular rotation of the windmill signifies the entire circle of life from our crops to our animals.

    These farm to table products include our dairy cattle’s milk which is turned into Agropur cheese and Salmon’s Meat Products processed from our harvested beef cattle.

    The antiqueness of the old-style windmill shows our sincere appreciation for the generations passed and how they have shaped our future. Also at the base of it all, is the foundation signified by our team of valued employees.

    We thank you for taking a seat at the Homestead table, we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to share our farm with you.
