  • Our 46,000 clubs and 1.4+ million members make us the world’s largest service club organization. We’re also one of the most effective. Our members do whatever is needed to help their local communities. Everywhere we work, we make friends. With children who need eyeglasses, with seniors who don’t have enough to eat and with people we may never meet.

    The Algoma Lions donate to:

    • Algoma Public Library
    • Friends of Crescent Beach
    • Kewaunee County Food Pantry
    • Kewaunee County literary partners
    • Two $500 scholarships for AHS students

    They also participate in Algoma’s Night Out and the  Shanty Days parade

    Statewide and nationally Lions help those with visual problems, diabetes awareness, childhood cancer

    Algoma Lions works with Chamber member Lakeshore Vision Center and Dr. Gorz to offer eye exam discounts.

    Meetings are every second Tuesday at 7:00 AM at Schinderle Funeral Home, 1600 Schinderle Lane Algoma WI.
