What do you do when you have a herd of milking goats named Emerald, Fawn, Midnight, Betsy, Barbara and PlayBoy 2.0?

Become an entrepreneur of course!

In 2016, mother and son duo Stephanie and Kyle Gau starting using extra goat milk from their funny farm (their words!) to produce body care products that include hand lotion and soaps under their own Gau’s Udderly Acres brand.

Fast forward to 2019 when they opened a pop-up shop at 610 4th St. as WaterFront Creations, LLC. Carrying an expanded product line of Wisconsin-made products, the store stayed open throughout the holiday shopping season.

With a fresh vision and even more Wisconsin-made products, the store was moved to its new location at 207 Steele St. and reopened in February 2020 as a Wisconsin Artisan Marketplace.  In addition to Gau’s Udderly Acres products, you will find handcrafted home décor, jewelry, apparel, accessories, glassware, Algoma gift items, and more!

You are invited to join WaterFront Creations for a Grand Opening celebration sale beginning Friday, February 7, 2020, at 10 a.m.  The store will also be open extended hours for First Friday Art in Algoma.

If you can’t make it in person, you can shop online at https://www.waterfrontcreations.com.
