St. Patrick’s Day Cooking Demonstration at Glen Innish Farm

Patti Bartmann, formerly of The Cork, will be the guest chef for this wonderful event at Glen Innish Farm.

There will be a lunch (11:30 AM – 2 PM) and dinner seating (5 – 7:30 PM) – limited to 20 individuals per seating. Reserve your spot here.

Patti will be demonstrating

~ Her famous Guinness Irish Stew – made from Glen Innish Lamb

~ Corn Beef and Cabbage – made with Glen Innish Beef

~ Sheppards Pie – made from Glen Innish Lamb

The event will start with cocktails and appetizers and will finish with some lavender desserts.

Bonus: anyone who attends in traditional Irish or Scottish attire, will receive a special gift from Glen Innish Farm’s owners, the Hewetts.
