  • You are invited to join Algoma Fire and Rescue’s celebration for proudly serving the Algoma, WI community for 150 years!

    Algoma Fire and Rescue is a volunteer fire department whose members are enthusiastic about helping their community, serving the city of Algoma as well as the townships of Ahnapee, Pierce and Lincoln.
    Founded in 1874, Algoma Fire Department was built on the foundation to not only provide a service to its community but be an integral asset to the community, going above and beyond to bring safety and security to those the department serves.
    Help honor and celebrate the department and the community in which they serve with a day of fun for the entire family! This is a FREE event!
    Festivities include a parade, food, fun, and live entertainment throughout the afternoon and evening hours.

    Saturday. June 29. 2024,  Noon – 10 PM,  Legion Park in Algoma, WI

    Schedule of Events:
    Noon: Parade
    2:00 – 5:00 PM: Mark Jirikovac Polka Band
    6:00 – 10:00 PM: Pink Houses
