Employment Opportunity: Algoma Housing Authority Office Manager

The Algoma Housing Authority, Grandview Terrace Apartments, located in Algoma, WI is seeking an Office Manager for a part time (20 hrs. / week) position.

The successful applicant must have effective writing, communication, organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse populations with courtesy and responsiveness.

General knowledge of office procedures and the keeping of accurate / organized recordkeeping is required.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to use a variety of software applications.

Experience with payroll, budgets, HUD programs and /or accounting a plus.

Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or equivalent combination of experience and education.
