Are you an administrative assistant looking for a flexible schedule? Algoma Lumber Company has a perfect opportunity for someone who needs flexible hours and wants to balance work and family life. This would be a part-time position working 20 hours per week, Monday thru Thursday.

The administrative assistant position is responsible for, but not limited to:

*Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
*Inventory
*Answering phones
*Helping walk-in customers
*Data entry into QuickBooks
*Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks preferred but can train the right individual
Experience with Word and Excel
Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality

Algoma Lumber Company Inc. is a mid-size sawmill located on the western edge of scenic Algoma Wisconsin. With our state of the art dry-kilns and the onsite planer and moulders we have the unique capability of transforming saw-logs into beautiful ready to use lumber. We produce approximately 6 million board feet of sawn lumber on an annual basis.
